In this project that has not yet been completed in terms of the construction in Mahmutlar there are 8 each flats and 2 each dublex flats. The distance of the housing site from the sea is 250 metres. Inside the flats there are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the balconies are present.
The pool constructed inside the housing site and all of the social facility areas are presented for the use of the property owners and their guests only.
